Connecting to particular concurrent instances of mapid locally or via DiMAPI is possible,
but still not in one single multi-request together (host:devindevgroup1, host:devindevgroup2
(pthread_once() initialization of the connection to mapid mapi_init()->mapiipc_client_init()
locks this for now.)

Offline flow requests are connected to the latest instance of mapid.
