commit 60d0ada3 included an error while
collecting git version tag

the current implementation of debian framework is not following the
correct procedure of building for debian, this commit will be the first
to allow a more correct implementation
(but it is still taking a few shortcuts)

In the current implementation the path to rude-list.conf is hardcoded
This will move this to a variable in start.cfg

The current implementation uses hardcoded paths to bin and etc
located in $HOME/microdep/.   This commit removed this dependencies
by using relative paths to the script executed.
A s long as the folder structure is retained it will follow the relative path
to the correct include file
